From starting as a young kitchen hand in a catering company in rural New Zealand, travelling to Australia, starting an apprenticeship in Essendon, finishing it at The Windsor Hotel, Melbourne, working with Event Caterer’s “Life’s a Party”, moving to Echuca , opening Café Tic Toc,18years (and still going) of catering of the Echuca Race Club, Two Tarts Juice Bar and operating Two Tarts Catering since 2003.
It has been a fantastic Journey!
